I need to be able to copy the CompanyID to a Contact Custom field. CompanyID is not currently an option available under the company dropdown items. I'm currently using Novak Solutions for this task. I'd like to be able to dump them and use PLusThis for all my needs. Thanks

Apply or Remove tags to the Contact's Company from within the campaign. This is a Novak Solutions tool.

It would be helpful to have a list of tools that don't work with the Toolchain on the Toolchain FAQ page.

I would love to see a Dropbox and Dropbox sign integration for Keap. Docusign gets expensive and Dropbox sign is in Dropbox plans. Much better and a very popular cloud storage.

Update the One Click Upsell tool's config page when selecting 'add to existing' vs 'create new order' to give the heads up that 'add to existing' will not re-trigger purchase automation.

I always have Nextiva customers who would like a way to automate text message replies or create SMS sequences, but Nextiva doesn't offer that functionality without going with an enterprise contact center solution, which is typically not the right fit for SMB's. If PlusThis could integrate and be offered as an add-on or a recommended 3rd party solution, it would be huge for Nextiva SMB customers!

Other methods of creating Facebook custom audiences allow multiple email fields to be checked. Would be great to have this in PlusThis. Additionally could be nice to use any other useful field for matching (i.e. city, state, etc).

I'd love to be able to schedule a regular bulk action on contacts from a saved search in Keap. I have a couple of saved searches in my Keap Ultimate app that I periodically need to run a bulk action on: sometimes applying a tag, sometimes kicking off a campaign, sometimes a preset action set. I've set up "looping campaigns" before to handle things like this — it works, but it can be a pain making sure contacts get added or removed when needed (especially if a change to a field is what should add/remove them), and having many thousands of contacts queued or active isn't the best thing. It occurred to me, I have the list defined already; why can't PlusThis just trigger the initial action when I want? There are a couple PlusThis tools that already support part of this, but nothing brings it all together: The Segment List tool is pretty close: if I only create 1 segment, I can schedule applying that 1 tag to every contact that has another tag every day, week, or month. (For simple things this is perfect. The feature gap here is that the "search" is only for contacts with 1 or more tags — this works for some things but not everything.)The Google Sheets exporter lets me get a saved search and turn it into a Google Sheet, but I can't apply any actions to the exported contacts. The real benefit of using a search to find the contacts is the sheer breadth of field options that Keap gives me: I can choose contacts based on field values, products owned, date ranges, and so on. The definition is transparent and can be shared with multiple users. The search types I would most want to use are the advanced Contact search and if possible the Email Status Search. (Other search reports would likely make things complicated, and I don't need 'em... yet.) For the action, applying a tag would be completely sufficient to start, since I could use that to trigger a campaign that does whatever I need. More efficient options might be: add directly to a campaign sequence 😎run a Keap action set 🤫run a PlusThis toolchain 🤯 Use-cases: endless.

To be able to push data into Keap from emails that come from automated systems (like order systems or webform notifications). Zapier has this, but we haven't been able to get it to work and their "team" has been investigating for weeks.

Just had a demo with a HighLevel user. They are looking for a check-in system and came across our Easy Check-in Tool, but it's not on HighLevel.

We host a number of events throughout the warmer months and often use Eventbrite to gather RSVPs. It would be great if there's a way to send contacts straight from Eventbrite, through PlusThis and into Keap.

A way to do Round Robin for Keap Pro & Max… it can be done with zapier, but it’s an ugly solution.

The fact that the confirmation link can’t be a button is ridiculous.
